SERVICES
INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES TO ELEVATE YOUR LIVING SPACE
ROOM REFRESH
Our Room Refresh service is perfect for those who want to update their living space without a full remodel. We offer three packages tailored to fit your needs and budget: Large Spaces, Medium Spaces, and Small Spaces.
Our services include a detailed floor plan for your space (where applicable - usually not included with the Kitchen and Bathroom Refresh), a 1-hour virtual or in-house design consultation, inspiration images, a design board plan, a shopping list to purchase applicable furniture/accessory pieces, including all furniture and accessory selections (art, rugs, built elevations, etc.), all hard and soft finishes where applicable (flooring, tile, window treatments, fireplace surrounds, paint colors, etc.), and all lighting and hardware. This package includes one round of revisions. If additional revisions are required, time will be billed at the rate of $100 an hour.
Pricing:
Large Spaces: $1,125
Medium Spaces: $875
Small Spaces: $825
REMODEL
If you’re ready to undertake a remodel, we are ready to walk you through the entire process. For this service, you can opt to have your own contractor or use one of Ventana Home’s. We'll work with you to create a design that meets your needs and budget, and we'll oversee the project to ensure a successful outcome.
All of our work in this category is billed hourly. We can give you a quote estimate for the design work, and you’ll get a separate bid from the contractor. There are varying levels of remodeling, making it possible to adjust the design to match your budget.

NEW CONSTRUCTION
Let us come and create a vision for your home from the ground up. Our new construction service includes working alongside your architect and builder, creating space plans and floor layouts, monitoring construction progress with frequent walk-throughs and on-site visits, being involved in all the design details you wish (finishes, cabinet design, lighting plans, paint colors, etc.), sourcing and ordering furniture, window treatments, and accessories, and installing furniture, window treatments, and accessories.
